Q. How much will your registered property buyers offer for my property?
A. The figure you can expect will normally be between 75-90% of property market value. However, it really does depends on how desirable your house is and what condition your property is in. The other factor is how quickly you are looking to sell your house, remember property buyers offer a quick sale chain free alternative and there are no fee's involved to yourself.

Q. Who set up www.njoy.co.uk?
A. 3 Business partners who have been in the property business (buying, selling, letting, sell and rent back, repossession, probate, full refurbs, developments and the dreaded maintenance) for over 10 years. There is not a lot in this market that these guys have not seen in those years.

Q. How much will it cost me?
A. NOTHING! You will not pay estate agents costs*, Solicitors costs or any valuation fees. Your registered property buyer will arrange to pay your Solicitor fees, if you would like us at ww.njoy.co.uk to recommend a suitable Solicitor just call us and we can arrange this for you.
*If you have already registered with an Estate Agent to sell your property we would advise you read your agreement.

Q. I would like to rent my property back, is this possible?
A. Yes, this is common for our buyers. A registered property buyer will arrange to buy your house and set up a fair rental charge going forward for the property. Our property buyers should offer you an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement setting out the term of the tenancy and what rent should be paid.

Q. My property is extremely run down and has not been properly maintained over the years, would you still be interested in purchasing this property from me?
A. Yes, our buyers will be interested in any property in any condition. Obviously our registered property buyers will have to fully modernise your property, so the purchase price will reflect this.
